We accept returns within 30 days after the order was delivered. Once we have received the return, we can issue store credit or exchange the product for an item of equal value. We reserve the right to refund items in any order in lieu of a return or exchange. For exchanges, please include a note with the return of what you would like in exchange.
For any damaged items received, please send a photo of the damages to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we received proof of the damages, we can issue a refund for that item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method associated with the order. All refunds take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
Most promo codes are only single use. We do not allow discounts, deals, or promo codes to be stacked.
Some international orders will require the receiver to pay custom charges. These charges are out of our control and are determined by the customs office.
